At Delta Restoration Services, we always want to make sure that everything is easy for you. Part of that is explaining complicated processes so that you feel confident you’re making the right decision after an unexpected disaster occurs. Sometimes, people shy away from hiring a water damage cleanup company because they’re not sure how exactly the process will work with their insurance. That’s why we wanted to make a brief post explaining the restoration contractor / insurance agent / adjuster relationship. This article will be Part 1 of a 2-Part series, so check back in next week to read the rest of the information we have for you! We want to make sure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision so that you can keep your peace of mind. In this article, we’ll mostly be focusing on each party’s role in the restoration process.Read more
Just recently, we attended Delta’s National Convention in Portland, OR. We’ve been to other conventions held elsewhere in previous years—you can read about how well we did at Delta’s National Convention in 2018 in an article we posted here. Just as the Delta franchise has continued to grow, we've been hard at work improving our cleaning and restoration services over the past year. We’re a small part of a huge franchise (more on that later), and all the different Delta locations have been doing amazing work! This year’s convention focused on marketing and just how much the Delta franchise has grown. We’re proud to be a part of such a successful franchise, and we can’t wait to keep growing. In this article, we’ll talk about why marketing is so important for any company, how we’ve grown, and how we’re more dedicated than ever to serving our communities.Read more
As many of you already know, we like to be open and honest with everything going on at Delta Restoration Services. In the past, we’ve updated you about things going on with us like the creation of our Operations Manual (which you can read more about here). But now, we’re proud to announce something a little different: we’ve partnered with All Hands and Hearts, a volunteer-powered relief program that helps communities rebuild after natural disasters (here’s a link to their website). We’re so excited to be working with them—we think it’s just another way that we can help make our home a little better. As Grand Junction’s foremost restoration contractors, it’s important to us to make sure we’re giving back to the people and communities that support us; that’s why Delta Restoration Services and All Hands and Hearts have paired together to give back to our community.Read more
