Delta’s National Convention in Portland, OR
Delta’s National Convention in Portland, OR
Just recently, we attended Delta’s National Convention in Portland, OR. We’ve been to other conventions held elsewhere in previous years—you can read about how well we did at Delta’s National Convention in 2018 in an article we posted here. Just as the Delta franchise has continued to grow, we've been hard at work improving our cleaning and restoration services over the past year. We’re a small part of a huge franchise (more on that later), and all the different Delta locations have been doing amazing work! This year’s convention focused on marketing and just how much the Delta franchise has grown. We’re proud to be a part of such a successful franchise, and we can’t wait to keep growing. In this article, we’ll talk about why marketing is so important for any company, how we’ve grown, and how we’re more dedicated than ever to serving our communities.
When we talk about the Delta franchise, we think it’s important to give you a good idea about the scope of what we mean. Delta Restoration Services now has over 30 locations all over the United States. If you have friends living in Chicago, St. Louis, or even Seattle, they may have run into some of our other national franchises. We’re able to provide cleaning and restoration services all over the country, from the west coast to the east coast, and we couldn’t be happier—as we continue to grow, we’re able to help more and more people. What started as a single office in Denver has spread all over the country, and it’s thanks to people like you that we were able to do it. Your trust in us has allowed us to keep growing, keep building, and keep improving lives, and we sincerely thank you for that.
The Importance of Marketing
At the convention this year, we talked a lot about why marketing is so important, and we wanted to share some of that information with you. Obviously, marketing is all about clients—it’s about engaging with them, showing them what we have to offer, and the benefits of working with us. But even more than that, it’s about creating a community where ideas can be shared and where we can even offer help beyond our cleaning and restoration services. On our blog, for example, we’ve written a couple of articles that we think could be helpful for you. We’ve talked about how to clean up smoke damage by yourself if you’re determined to clean it alone as well as different mold types and the dangers they can pose. We feel that creating a community where we can help you outside of the many services we offer is important and fulfilling.
Beyond creating a community between our company and our customers, marketing is important because it helps us grow. It just makes sense that the more we’re able to advertise our cleaning and restoration services, the more clients we’ll have. None of the growth that we’ve achieved recently would be possible without the marketing we’ve done. If we hadn’t continued to reach out, to engage with the people who trust us to restore their homes and belongings, we never could have come this far. Things like community outreach, advertising our website and services, and even this blog help us reach more people, which in turn helps us grow. And when we grow, we can help even more people and open even more locations. It’s a wonderful cycle of growth, and it all begins with marketing.
Reputation and Getting in Touch
Another way marketing can be useful is through maintaining a company’s positive reputation. We’ve always prided ourselves on our customer service, and we feel that our marketing is just an extension of that. Staying in contact with clients and creating engaging communities means that other people who don’t know about us can go online and see just how well we treat the people we work with. It’s an amazing opportunity to get the word out about us, show people just how much we care, and expand to new places so that we can continue to help people. Those are just some of the things we talked about at the Delta National Convention this year; if you’re interested in reading about some other ways that marketing can be beneficial, you can check out this article here.
We’ve seen firsthand the benefits of marketing, and we hope that we’ve been able to help you, too. Whether it’s through reading our blogs or learning about services that could help you or a friend, we hope you’re getting just as much out of it as we are. And if you have any questions or ideas about things you’d like to see from us in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out to us and let us know! Community has always been important to us, and we’re always happy to listen. More than anything else, bringing you peace of mind is our highest priority. So if you think of information you’d like to have about us or other disaster prevention tips, let us know how best we can help you. You can find all of our contact information here.
Focusing on Recovery
Delta Restoration Services isn’t the kind of company that’s just there to show up and help you with another water clean-up job. Our clients are more important to us than that. That’s why we’re so dedicated to taking care of our customers—we don’t just want to get in and get out. We understand that a disaster does more damage to you and your home than just the destruction it causes, and we want to help you in every way we can. Our plan isn’t to be a cleanup company; our goal is to help you truly recover from a disaster. Recovery means having meaningful conversations about future prevention, making sure everything in your home is back to its pre-disaster state, and treating our customers like family. Recovery is about coming back stronger—and we want to be there to help you recover and bring you peace of mind.
