Many people don’t realize that in Grand Junction and the Grand Valley there are roughly 700 home losses per year for water damage, water removal, house flooding, broken pipes, flooded swamp coolers, and fires. Even though we live in a temperate environment many homes are affected regularly.
Every week we get multiple reviews from our customers for work we've performed. We want to do a better job at sharing those reviews with you so that if you or someone you know has water damage at their home you can know that calling us is a smart move.

Dear Tyler, Seth, Summer, and Delta Disaster Staff:
Thank you to all of you for everything you did for us in taking care of our home due to water damage resulting from a swamp cooler accident this year.
Seth, Summer, and everyone with whom we spoke was personable and respectful, and explained things to us throughout the time that our home was being reconstructed. Tyler, your staff and your subcontractors always were careful and efficient, and got the work done beautifully and on time.
We appreciate how you kept our home clean at all times, as we were living here during the construction. You went a step above in ensuring that our home was well taken care of throughout the process.
We very much appreciate you keeping our belongings safe, and the care you took in moving our furniture and then securing it back in exactly the same places.
The removal of our flooring, trim, and ceiling areas was done carefully and efficiently. The painting of the wall and trim looks great. The lady who cleaned afterward did such a nice job.
The kitchen ceiling looks amazing. The texturer did a fantastic job blending and matching the ceiling.
The gentlemen replacing the wood flooring did terrific work with the patterns and keeping the original format and design layout. That means a lot to us, as Mark had lovingly laid the flooring years ago.
Tyler, thank you again for all your and your staff’s expertise and the care you, your staff, and your subcontractors took in taking care of our home this summer; it is greatly appreciated.
