This year the Delta franchise invited a brand-creation and development expert to our national franchise. Suzanne Tulien with Brand Ascension brought us her Brand DNA program. Together, we developed what we want Delta to be all about. Since Delta as a franchise is exploding with growth right now, we thought this was the perfect time to expand on who we are and what we want to offer to our customers.

We talked about brand values: what a business stands for; and brand style: how those values are portrayed.

Why is this important? As a customer or business professional who could use or refer Delta Restoration Services, you need to know the quality of the company you’re using or referring. Because when it comes to your home, or the homes of your clients, you want the very best in charge of any restoration project.

Brand Values

In one of our recent blog posts we talked about our brand values. As a quick recap, they are profitability, consistency, expertise, and service. We haven’t yet shared with you our "brand style" – how we want to be known in our community. So here they are: dependable, responsive, strong, and authentic.

Ok, you might say, that’s how to want to be known. Flattering words. But are you actually what you say you are? Many companies claim to have any number of positive traits. However, we’ve all seen companies not hold up to what they claim to be. Is Delta real? And can we be trusted?

Living The Values We Talk About

Yes, many companies come up with mission statements, values, and other key words of how they want to be known. And the difference is whether or not they actually live out those values, day-to-day.

We’ll talk more in a later post about what each of our brand style keywords really mean to us, and how we live up to them. But we will leave you today with one BIG reason why you can count on us. We follow through on our commitments to our brand. And thus, our commitments to our community.

Delta corporate will be coming to our location in Grand Junction this month for further training on our brand values and brand styles. We don’t just create flattering words to show off. We continually educate and train ourselves to obtain mastery of those words in our personal and professional lives.
